1.1 Crossroad Distributor Source is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all areas of our business. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in any form.
1.2 This statement outlines the steps Crossroad Distributor Source takes to identify, prevent, and eliminate any risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations and supply chains, in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and international human rights principles.
2.0 Business and Organizational Structure
2.1 Crossroad Distributor Source is a U.S.-based master distributor serving industrial and fastener distributors throughout North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean.
2.2 Our brands include LOKSERT®, POWERCOIL®, BONDSERT®, AFIXX®, and others that support the OEM and MRO industries.
2.3 We partner with global manufacturers and suppliers to source and distribute products for sectors including aerospace, automotive, energy, defense, lighting, and general industrial manufacturing.
2.4 Our supply chains include:
- Materials and components used in the manufacture of branded or private-label products.
- Finished goods sourced for distribution.
- Operational supplies and services used in daily business functions.
3.0 Due Diligence Procedures
3.1 Crossroad Distributor Source enforces robust procedures to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our company or our supply chains. These steps include:
- Conducting risk-based assessments of suppliers and partners to identify potential exposure to human rights violations.
- Reviewing and updating this policy on a regular basis.
- Providing employees with training on recognizing and reporting indicators of modern slavery or trafficking.
- Maintaining a Whistleblower Policy that allows employees to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
- Verifying that all employees have the legal right to work in their respective countries and that no employment relationship is coerced or deceptive.
4.0 Supplier Standards and Monitoring
4.1 Crossroad Distributor Source requires all suppliers and partners to:
- Operate in full compliance with applicable labor, employment, and human rights laws.
- Maintain and provide documentation demonstrating compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws.
- Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, and ensure that all workers are employed freely and compensated fairly.
- Cascade these same standards to their own suppliers and subcontractors.
4.2 Crossroad reserves the right to audit suppliers, request documentation, and terminate relationships with any party found to be in violation of these principles.
5.0 Continuous Improvement and Accountability
5.1 Crossroad Distributor Source continually evaluates the effectiveness of our anti-slavery and human trafficking measures by monitoring:
- Supplier compliance and audit results.
- Employee reports and concerns.
- Updates to relevant laws and regulations.
5.2 No reported incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking within Crossroad or its supply chain serve as a key indicator of effective implementation.
